Great marina! Best in Miami.

The marina itself is beautiful however it took more than a week for them to confirm a reservation with us calling constantly even after we made an online dockage request. Security guards are RUDE and at night parking lot is dark, making it impossible to see traffic signs when parking. Absolutely horrible customer service. Staff should be trained to be more cordial and maybe it wouldn’t hurt if they smiled more often 😡If they aim to be a 5 star marina they have a lot of work to do in the customer service department.

Beautiful spot to relax and enjoy the sea.

The marina itself is good, with wide clean docks, ready access to power and water, and good accessibility to the parking lot. Overall navigation to where you're going is harder as the signage is limited. The restaurant was not open when I was there in early December 2018, but later in the evening there was an event in the garden area near the marina.

I just left the boat to go island gardens to pick up a hot lunch in publics.

One of the best views in Miami!

My favorite marina in Miami/Fort Lauderdale! The views are everything...and its right in the heart if Miami - 10 minutes to downtown or South Beach..when there are no events, free parking is available across the road, and when there's an event, 24 hour pay-by-app parking for the Children's Museum is always there. Police is always patrolling the area because of the Children's Museum, so you feel safe and relaxed. The dock office is absolutely amazing - its like your favorite house with a large comfy living room, conference room and a library - all done with an utmost artistic sense - 100% Miami style.

Is a great space for events

The views here are amazing for sunsets but the bar staff are horrendous. Understaffed, unprofessional, and just plain rude. Not to mention they click 20% tip without your consent every time you order.

Beautifully located deep water marina in Miami, Florida. It is located on the causeway on the way to South Beach and next to the cruise ship terminal. Well protected and very calm waters make this an ideal marina for larger vessels.

Nice views flying your drone here gets you great pictures.

Service is friendly but very slow

Nice place, but while we had a problem with the food at the table the manager ( with a French accent I don’t know his name) set fireworks in his hand and Walked around. Unprofessional, it’s important for him to create a false atmosphere. Mercy pour la fausse lueur !

Too expensive for poor quality. They are small portions, they do not know how to prepare food. It's not delicious. They don't have enough time and forks for the guests, so they wait a long time to get us drinks. The food was brought to us and the waiter said they had no forks and knives. Manager Arnaud was uncomfortable and unprofessional. Who allowed such people to work or worse to be manager..?? 18% tips included in the price

Beautiful marina with the exception security doesn’t really care if the person next to you is creating a nuisance. The marina should try to accommodate everyone since everyone is paying rent instead of pandering to someone.

This is not a tourist attraction. This is a bar/restaurant that blocks all access to the waterfront with fences -- you have to go inside the bar to see the water.
